| Croteaux Signature Rosés are made from three different Merlots. Light, crisp and refreshing these wines are made with no skin contact, fermented in stainless steel. Our Premier Rosés feature three varietals including a wild ferment Merlot, a rare Sauvignon Blanc Rosé and a fruit forward Cabernet Franc Rosé along with our Cuvée Sparkle - a blend of Merlot made using the Charmaut process. The Elite "Rouge" Rosés, entirely new this year, are made in extremely limited production of just 50-75 cases of each style! These "full press" wines are deeper colored with rich flavors similar to traditional Clarets and include full-flavored Merlots, a wild ferment Sauvignon Blanc and a Sparkling Cabernet Franc.
